The trainee solicitor Katarzyna Michalak-Lewko graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Opole in 2014. She is the author of numerous scientific articles and research work.
Currently, she participates in postgraduate studies in public procurement.
In the circle of her professional interest are issues of civil law, with particular emphasis on the law of obligations, contractual and tort liability and inheritance law. In the Law Firm, she deals also with matters of family and guardianship law, and in the field of relations between parents and children, divorce, separation, marital property contracts, separation of property and division of joint property.
The main areas of her professional activity include labour law, corporate law, concerning the registration of entities in the register of entrepreneurs and transformations, public procurement law and commercial law.
In the Law Firm, she provides her assistance to both individual clients and entrepreneurs. She represents clients of the Law Firm in proceedings before general courts, administrative courts and before the public administration bodies.
She is fluent in English.
