Legal counsellor Krzysztof Tyła is co-founder and partner of the Law Firm. In 2006 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Since 2010 he has run the Firm, and the gained experience allows him to not only provide legal assistance at the highest level, but also to manage the Law Firm.

His main area of activity is the provision of legal assistance in the field of commercial law, in particular the establishment and transformation of companies. He engages in comprehensive legal services for banks and in legal assistance for entities that remain in dispute with the bank or that are under litigation with banks.

Attorney-at-law Krzysztof Tyła advises in the field of tax law and represents clients in both criminal and criminal tax law proceedings. He also specializes in providing comprehensive services to entities operating in the construction industry, including real estate development, as well as in the area of freight forwarding activities and hospitality business.

He is a lecturer of banking law and financial law at the District Solicitor Chamber in Opole. He serves as the Disciplinary Spokesperson of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Opole.

He is fluent in German.
