Legal counsellor dr Maciej Gazda is a collaborator of the Law Firm, specializing in public procurement law, copyright law and administrative law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. His interest in the law resulted in a doctoral thesis relating to public procurement, which was defended with distinction. He was entered on the list of legal advisers, kept by the District Solicitor Chamber in Cracow. Repeatedly, he successfully represented clients in court proceedings and out of court, using his large theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

He successfully combines his professional career with scientific and teaching activities. The participant of numerous training courses and conferences at national and international levels. He conducted trainings for entrepreneurs in the field of public procurement law and investment law.

He is fluent in English and German.
