Monika Zieniewicz, a tax advisor and legal counsellor is a law graduate from the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Opole. She also completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and Taxation at the University of Economics in Wrocław.
Currently, she is a doctoral student of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy at the University of Wroclaw, carrying out scientific research in the field of tax law and acting as a lecturer.
The area of her interests include tax planning and tax optimization in order to select the most advantageous forms of economic activity to the taxpayer and provision of most preferred embodiment to carry out economic operations. Within her activities, she supports commercial companies in the field of transformation and the related tax effects. In addition, she carries out the cases related to family law.
As the employee of the Law Firm, she provides her assistance to both individual clients and entrepreneurs. She represents her clients in proceedings before general courts, administrative courts and before the public administration bodies.
She is fluent in English.
